The Synners! Well, the Female ones that is

Krystal, Ivana, Nat & Dev were all given a nice Redesign by , I altered them slightly afterwards, but still she mainly did the work on the redesigns.


Whelp, hello there my almost-non-existing audience. (There are some people here that watch me, so I am happy, but would be nice if I had more, yes, I am begging a bit -@ ) Anywhore, I am here today with the ladies from the pictures earlier posted, fully revealed, fully loaded. Not with nacho cheese, but information! These are my ladies from my so called "series" S.Y.N!, which is about a group of Supernaturally powered young adults known as the Synners & others with similar powers. The basic role of the Synners are that they are Heroes who draw their power from a darker, evil source, hence forth "Synner", though it's obvious that they are to represent a Sin, either one of the original Sins or one of the other 11 that I came up with. So here we go! From left to right :

Ivana Phoenix Lajia
Synner of Lust
Elemental Domain : Toxins/Diseases
Age : 18
Ethnicity : Greek-American
Color : Pink
VA : Alexia Sabanbeard (Currently has voiced only one person so far, Aika Kiryuu from Highschool DxD)
Background : Ivana was born in the slums of Detroit to a homeless family. Her mother died while birthing her & her Older brother ran away before she was 5. All she had was her greedy & drug-abusing father, who was willing to use even his own daughter as a prostitute for money. I won't go into detail on what she had to do, as that is just NO, NO SOUP FOR YOU territory but just know this; She was 10 when she had her first time, with a boy of her own age, & that is when she became extremely lecherous. She found sex as "The Best Act To Ever Exist" & thus, found that sex for money wasn't right. In her father's sleep, she killed him by snapping his neck, took all his money, & ran off. She then enrolled in various schools as a way to both get money & get laid, the latter in which was not intentional but she needed the money as well, but sex was first in line. One night, however, when she was with 5 of her clients, her powers as a Synner awoken, causing her to release a disease-filled gas into the air & unintentionally killing her clients. She then fainted & ended up in another world, Nemos, where she met the other Synners.
Personality : Whore. There is no word or amount of words do describe HOW much of one she is, just know that she is one. Aside from that, she has somewhat of a disturbing presence, though she is friendly. A little too friendly at times but nevertheless. Despite her from being a whore, she is actually extremely intelligent, as in School she had straight A's. The most lewdest yet one of the most developed characters I have. She's more than a whore, she has her own personality, it's just that she's a giant lecher, which makes people look over her true self.
Powers : She prefers close-combat fighting with a small Demon possessed knife called Bast, which she keeps in a......... "Special" place. Her true forte, however, is with using her gasses & diseases to sicken her foes. Her style of fighting is a combination of grappling, Judo, & pole dancing. Hey, can't have the Synner of Lust not be sexy while fighting! Other powers include her gaze which can make one's libido skyrocket with one look, which is why she has bangs covering her eyes, able to produce a flower like smell, immunity to all poisons & diseases, as well as able to carry them all & dispense them whenever she pleases, She's able to smell someone to learn what they're into, & finally the power to..... ehem....... Let's put this in a way in which children will never know........ Futa mode for a few minutes.

Tylar Rowan Krawlenshire

VA : Kari Wahlgren (Haruko Haruhara from FLCL)
Background : Tylar was born & raised in Melbourne, Australia, where she lived on the property of a Zoo her parents owned. She worked & played with all the animals when she was at home, but amongst other children she was awfully bullied. Tylar then started to develop a hatred to those she saw as "Normal" & started to fight back. Her love for animals grew along side her hatred for the "Normals", as she felt more like one of the pack, herd, insert-group-of-animals-here, etc. than she did with people. Tylar then started to act more like an animal, which made her look more as an outcast & a perfect target for bullying. One day, while working her shift, some of the "Normals" came & bullied her. Her Cruel intent grew & grew, until her powers awoken, which made her roar like a lion while causing all the animals in the Zoo to go into a frenzy & kill everyone in the Zoo, except for herself & her family. She, like Ivana, fainted afterwards & woke up in Nemos, where she met the other Synners.
Personality : If you're not what she calls a "Normal", then she can be your best friend. Otherwise run. She has no mercy against those she doesn't like, so you better be weird enough for her. She likes anime & other fandoms, so much to the point where she actually ships her friends with each other. She is extremely artistic, able to draw beautiful & almost real art. Her love for animals is undying, as she grew up with animals of all shapes & sizes.
Powers : Tylar uses animal-like tactics when fighting, lashing out on her "prey" instinctively. Her weapons of choice are a pair of Metal Claws, they are demon possessed weapons named Cat Sith & Cu Sith. Her powers as a Synner include being able to speak, control, & turn into animals. She also can use the abilities of animals that humans normally don't have, such as enhanced smell & hearing.

Luci Bork Joutsen

VA : Michelle Rojas (Tohka from Date A Live)
Background : Luci was born in Helsinki, Finland, but was abandoned by her parents. She lived in an orphanage till she was 5, when she was adopted by a Gay couple from Los Angeles. She was then raised in a Modern Avant Garde house. She loved her two fathers, but others she had a different relationship with. She developed a fetish of bringing pain to others, which in turn made her very intimidating. She still kept herself a classy woman though, & was not willing to break her classy demeanor outside of her sadistic tendencies. Her powers awoken while she was on a date on with a boy she purposely was with just to break his heart later on. As the boy cried after Luci broke his heart, she started to go into this sadistic high, awakening her powers as a Synner. She started to cause a riot, making the entire city fall into pain, which made her only laugh & slightly be turned on. Then, like the others, woke up in Nemos.
Personality : Sadistic yet classy, Luci can be quite a bitch when she wants to be. A base ass bitch that is. While acting soft & polite, she starts to scheme onto how she can bring pain to those she wants to. She does have a nice side, truly being polite & gentle, but she has a lot more fun causing pain to others. If she doesn't cause pain to someone or she does but the person enjoys it, she gets bored of them extremely easily & thus does not like Masochists. She naturally knows both Finnish & English fluently enough to speak both, but she has no Finnish Accent.
Powers : Luci's weapon of choice is the Demon Whip Louhi, a perfect weapon for the perfect sadist. Aside from her Whip, Luci has the power of Runes, which allow her to control the chemical make-up of things by altering them, this does not work on people though. She can also place actual Runes on the ground, which have different effects, like Exploding when read or making something fall on them when stepped on. These Runes can also alter one's appearance, but not change them completely & not permanently. She also can understand any language, but she cannot remember what the actual language is she is understanding, this does not include Finnish & English however.

Krystal Minzchel

Background : Krystal was born in the cold outskirts of Russia, where she used to skate on the Frozen pond when she was little. Her skills as a skater were discovered by a Professional Skating Coach, who took her in & trained her to become a professional skater. She learned English from her coach, who refused to speak Russian to her until she had made him "Happy", which was never. Krystal became defiant against this man, doing her own routines in her performances, which pleased the crowd & judges, but not her trainer. She would be punished for her Defiance, usually by being thrown into a cold hole for a day or not allowed to eat & so on. Krystal kept with her defiance, to the point where it didn't matter if she would be punished or not, she just became naturally defiant. Then came the fateful day, The Skating Nationals came, & Krystal had enough of her coach's treatment. She again did her own routine, but her coach came on the Ice, as he had enough of her defiance. He struck her down with a punch to the face. Being scolded on the Ice after being hit by her coach pushed Krystal off the edge. She yelled at him, but did not realize that she was slowly freezing his body. Her Synner powers awoken, freezing her coach until he was fully encased in ice. She then kicked her frozen coach, shattering him into a million pieces, & then she fainted, waking up in Nemos the next moment.
Personality : Krystal may be a defiant child, but that doesn't mean she can't be a nice person. In fact, she's extremely warm despite her cryogenic powers. She's also the one for romance, & as such is a sucker for love. She finds solace on the ice, skating to her was an art she was always happy with.
Powers : She uses the Demon Mace known as Skadi, which is strong enough to break through 3 feet thick of Solid steel. She can create Ice, cause it to snow or hail, or simply freeze anything in sight. She is also resistant to the cold, even able to streak naked in the Tundra. You have been enlightened.

Sonia Anastasia "Sunny" Gourmandy

Background : Sunny grew up in Augustus, Maine, where she was the child of a Fishing Industry Tycoon & a Mother that came from Money. Sunny was born with a rare eating somatic disorder known as Hypermetabolic Acceleration, she can eat an entire turkey but would not gain a single pound, but she also was always hungry & was anorexic. Sunny, being a rich girl & also being taught French & English at the same time (French is the one she knows better), was always the classiest of people, even when she was eating a fully cooked cow. Her gluttonous disorder however was the thing that lead to her powers awakening. Sunny was at the port one day, where her father was checking to see what was in stock. When her father got their, however, All the Stock was gone. All. Of. It. He was about to scold his workers & then fire them but then was surprised to see his daughter laying on the ground in the room, groaning that she was still hungry & her Hair was light blue. Sunny had ate everything within the room, even the furniture. Sunny then awoke in Nemos, still pretty damn hungry.
Personality : La vie c'est beau, et vous aussi, or in English, "Life is beautiful & so are you". Sunny is a happy-go-lucky & optimistic girl, & is probably the friendliest of all the Synners. She loves the arts, especially cooking, & can even cook herself. While growing up, she would do the cooking, instead of her chef that her parents hired, as she has a view of life in which everything is better if you work for it. She has no problem with being anorexic, & is happy that she doesn't gain weight. She finds the light of things very quickly, even when things look their bleakest.
Powers : Sunny wields the Demon Scimitars Scylla & Charbdyis, Which she surprisingly could wield & jump around with despite her very boney frame. She can manipulate water, even able to summon a Tsunami in a second in the middle of the desert. She can also breathe in water & can withstand deep sea pressure. Her mouth can stretch indefinitely, able to consume whatever is in her path. She can also eat anything without being harmed in anyway.

Devonee Barbara "Dev" Eifer
Synner of Envy
Elemental Domain : Wind
Age : 18
Ethnicity : Welsh-American
Color : White
VA : Tia Ballard (In the Style of Yoshino from Date A Live)
Background : Dev grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, always being in the Shadows. Her uncontrollable shyness & awkwardness had made it to where she was the lonely girl in School. What truly made Dev shy was her envy towards other people, making her feel inferior in every way. "Oh, look at her, she's a cheerleader, I could never be one...." or "Oh, I may have gotten a 93% on the test but he got a 94%, I could never beat him in math....." are just some of the thoughts that would run inside her head. Dev's loneliness lead to her developing another side, a very rambunctious & furious side known as "Inner Dev", which is always raging & bombastic. Her envy lead to her powers awakening. One day, she had came home. Earlier that day, on her way to school, her bus had crashed. She had survived without a scratch & made it to her school. After coming home though, her parents looked at her & asked if she had skipped school that day. She said no, to which they said she was lying, as the bus she was on had no survivors. After a long argument with her parents, Dev broke down in her room, crying while damning all of those who were on the bus, "They were lucky to have died, DAMN THEM WHY DIDN'T I DIE?!" This envious rage caused her to create a massive tornado from within her room, which then destroyed her house & then part of the city. She ended up in the wreckage of the city, passed out. She awoke in Nemos later.
Personality : To put it simple, Shy & Awkward, yet this makes her kawaii. She tends to hide under her hood, mumbling to herself. She also, somehow, has massive knowledge in Engineering, even able to create many machines. How she learned...... I don't know. Her inner self is a raging version of herself, bombastic as well. Her only friend is Nat
Powers : She wields the Demon Spellblade known as Stryx, a blade with a hollowed center. Unless enraged, Dev has very little access over her Wind powers. When she is enraged, however, she can create Tornadoes like it was nothing, but she loses her mind for a brief time.

Natalie Julianne "Nat" Ingus
Synner of Apathy

Age : 17
Ethnicity : Irish-Scottish-American
Color : Burgundy
VA : Cherami Leigh (In the Style of Gaige from Borderlands 2)
Background : Nat lived in New Orleans, where another Synner also grew up, but that's another story. Nat was a trouble maker in school, especially towards her teachers. Her best Friend was a guy named Vince, who is said other Synner, again another story. The two were always on good terms with each other, they even went out for a bit until they decided to remain friends. Nat was never the one to back down, as she voiced herself when needed. Nat never really cared for most things, even when her parents were fighting. She became a Synner a day after Vince disappeared, she started saying that she never cared for him, even though she loved him. This false apathy opened a gateway to all other things she was apathetic about. Her "I don't care" attitude unleashed her powers, sending her on a frenzy, looking for blood, drinking people dry until she was satisfied. She then fainted & awoke in Nemos.
Personality : Nat is a punk girl who has an innate anarchic personality. She isn't afraid to tell you that she doesn't care about what you are talking about, as she hates talking about crap she doesn't care for. With her friends, she'll listen & actually care about them & their problems. She avoids conflict a lot but when she has to fight, she'll actually start to enjoy the fight. She is also very perverted, no where near perverted as Ivana, but we believe she is sexual & romantically attracted to Dev.
Powers : Nat wields the Demon Gun Amy, which can shape-shift from a pistol to an SMG or a Sniper Rifle, or any kind of gun for that matter. When not using Amy, she uses her vampiric powers. Because blood is her main power source, the more she drinks, the more powerful she becomes. However, drinking too much causes her to enter a violent frenzy, murdering people left & right. Aside from drinking blood & converting it into power, she can also manipulate it, causing one's heart to not receive blood or making the blood unable to receive oxygen are just some of the things she can do.

Yasmin Tatsumi
Synner of Stupidity

Age : 17
Ethnicity : Japanese-Chinese-American
Color : Green
VA : Stephanie Sheh (Orihime from Bleach)
Background : Yasmin grew up in San Fransisco to a Mathematician Father & an acclaimed Author Mother. Yasmin may have came from intellectuals, but she herself was incredibly stupid. Stupidity, although not a Sinful act itself, was chosen as one of the Sins, & thus Yasmin became the perfect candidate to become the next Synner of Stupidity. The Dum-Dum was usually the center of attention amongst the boys she knew, & was easily taken over by. Yasmin still had emotions, so she would doubt herself at times when around people. She was never close with her parents, so she couldn't go to them for help. With no one to help Yasmin, she was easily defenseless around lecherous boys. The day her powers awoken was the day she found release from her almost hopeless world. It's unknown exactly what happened to cause her to lash out & cause the Kudzu in the Botanical Gardens at the Museum to over grow & the Venus Fly Traps to become super massive & start eating people, but all we know is she ended up in Nemos shortly afterwards.
Personality : Yasmin is a natural dumb dumb. She is oblivious to many things, can't remember a lot of things, & also extremely gullible. Despite this, she has deep conversations with plants. Yasmin is very enigmatic at times as well, but let's not get a headache right now.
Powers : Yasmin wields the Demon Pan Flute Faunus, which can cause plants around her to become much more lively & also grow, as well as heal others in need. She can grow plants out of nothing, & can even grow plants off of herself. She has complete control over all plant life, & can easily animate these stagnant beings. She can also talk to plants, which a lot of people find a "Useless" power.

Hanna Freddie Ghatta

VA : Luci Christen (Nami from One Piece)
Background : Hanna was born in Zanzibar to a British father & a Half-White Half-Black Mother but grew up in Des Moines, Iowa. She would lie a lot to her parents, because she would always be running a muck in town. She then started smoking pot at 14, in which she was arrested for many times over. She loved going to raves, & would always sneak out to them. Some days, Hanna would skip school & then already have an alibi as to why she did, even though she really went to go smoke. One day, Hanna went off to a Rave, despite being grounded by her parents, she just sneaked. At the rave though, she started to impulsively lie to everyone, to the point where it drove her mad & then unleashed her powers, causing a sonic screech that turned into a sonic boom. She then fainted & awoke in Nemos.
Personality : Hanna is a lazy stoner girl who enjoys dubstep. She's even started making her own dubstep songs, & since she could control sound, she could make it sound like whatever she chose. She looks for the easy way out of things, & thus lies her way to what she wants. She's nice to most people, but not so much to another Synner named Ronnie. She is best Friends with Yasmin.
Powers : She wields the Demon Fists Anansi & Ananse, an unbreakable pair of gauntlets that break through stone easily. Her control over the sound element makes her a powerful force. She can break down rock with a screech, move mountains with a wail, & can even control someone entirely by creating a sound impossible to normal humans. When stoned, her powers are amplified, but her train of thought is deferred a lot, thus her strategy in battle is a bit....... weird. She can lie to mortals & completely get away with her lies. She is at her strongest when she can make dubstep with her voice.
